DESCRIPTION:Aviva presents Sampa Jazz Quartet \nSampa Jazz Quartet is a dynamic ensemble dedicated to exceptional musicianship and the joy of live jazz. Their repertoire spans bebop\, American jazz standards\, blues\, and a rich selection of Brazilian jazz\, reflecting both virtuosity and deep stylistic roots. The group has performed throughout Sarasota and the surrounding area\, earning appreciation for their rhythmic energy and expressive interplay. Featuring Regis Moreira (piano)\, Don Dean (bass)\, Bob Miner (tenor saxophone)\, and Nick Dow (drums)\, Sampa Jazz Quartet brings passion\, warmth\, and authenticity to every performance. \nRSVPs are required! Please call 813-400-3277 to RSVP. \nWe kindly request all RSVPs be submitted 5 days prior to the event. \nThis concert is presented as part of Aviva’s 2026 Ernie Kretzmer Concert Series.
