Your monthly rent covers all living expenses you would normally have if you were to live on your own including lawn care, utilities, housekeeping services, home maintenance and repairs, telephone, internet and more. Of course! Your furry family members are welcomed at Aviva. For Kobernick, we maintain a weight limit for pets of 30 pounds. Bringing your pet is an easy process. Working with our Move-In Coordinator, you will be asked to fill out a pet application, provide your pet’s health records, and pay our community pet fee. Please note, that residents are expected to fully care for their pets including providing regular exercise, feeding, and keeping our community clean from pet messes. We also kindly ask that all pet owners make arrangements with family or friends to care for their pet in the event they are unable to.
